The Mass Book of Intentions serves a vital function in the life of the Church.  During each Mass a special intention or prayer is offered as the object for which the priest offers the Eucharistic Sacrifice.  Intentions may be offered for the living or to honor or thank God for His particular blessings, but are most often offered for the souls of the deceased.  

To request a mass intention, you can contact the parish rectory, visit the rectory in person, or send in your request by mail or through the weekend collection baskets.  Each mass booking is $5 and can paid by cash or check.  The Sanctuary Lamp cost is $10 and is one full week of mass intentions.  The third option is $75, where your donation will pay for the beautiful flowers that adorn our altar for one week..  Mass cards for each type of intention are available, filled out by the rectory, receives our Pastor's signature and is mailed to the family.  Please include in your mass intentions request the following:  Name of whom the mass is for, who the mass is from, mass dates you are requesting, address of the card recipient, and your phone number so you can be contacted with any questions.
